Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Vanguard Mode, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
✔ Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🔹 Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)
  • Discounted or clearance sale items

📌 Important Notice: Our return warehouse is located in China. Customers who wish to return a product must send it to our designated return address in China.

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Submit a Return Request:
Fill out our Return Form or contact us at support@vanguardmode.com with your order number and reason for return.

2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions:
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions for our warehouse in China.

3️⃣ Ship the Product:
Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

4️⃣ Processing & Refund:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

✔ If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please request an exchange through our Return Form.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Partial Refunds & Store Credit Options

To make the process easier, we offer the following alternative refund options:
🔹 50% Refund Without Return – If you prefer not to ship the item back, we offer a 50% refund immediately.
🔹 Store Credit Without Return – You can receive a full refund in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

✔ Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
✔ Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔹 Since our return warehouse is located in China, international return shipping costs may apply.
🔹 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item otherwise.
